Born in Grahamstown, South Africa, Michael O’Reilly began his role at Northern Lights Soccer in August of 2010. He previously was the Girls Technical Director of Player Development at Tonka United Soccer Association for 2 years and was a trainer and team coach at Tonka United for 5 years. He was the Minnetonka Girls Soccer Varsity Assistant coach from 2005-2009, with one High School State Tournament appearance (third place finish).
Michael is married to Sarah and has a son (Liam) and a daughter (Abigail).
He holds his United States Soccer Federation National "B" license and his US National Youth License.
